These conditions regulate purchases made through floristeriabarcelona.cat. When placing an order, the buyer declares to have read and accepted these conditions.

1. Products
Floristeria Barcelona sells bouquets, centerpieces, plants, baskets and other floral compositions. Product images are indicative, as flowers and materials may vary by season, availability, size, color or natural state of the fresh flower.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers or decorative elements for others of equivalent value and style when necessary to guarantee the delivery and quality of the order.
2. Purchase Process
- Select the product and add it to the cart.
- Review the cart and continue to the order form.
- Enter contact, billing and delivery details.
- Confirm the order and make the payment using the available methods.
- You will receive the order confirmation when the payment has been completed correctly.
The buyer is responsible for providing complete and correct information. An error in the telephone, address, date or data of the recipient can prevent or delay the delivery.
3. Prices, Taxes And Shipping Costs
Published prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated during the purchase process.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be informed before confirming the order. The website indicates that shipping is free in Barcelona city, subject to changes, restrictions or specific conditions communicated during the purchase.
4. Payment Methods
Orders can be paid using the methods enabled on the web at any time, including bank gateway or other available payment systems.
Floristeria Barcelona does not store full bank card details. These data are managed, when applicable, by the entity or payment gateway in charge of processing the operation.
5. Delivery
Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the buyer and within the available delivery areas. The date and time slot for delivery will be met as far as possible, taking into account availability, traffic, weather conditions, order volume and causes beyond the florist's control.
If the recipient is absent, we may contact the buyer or recipient to agree on a reasonable solution, such as a new delivery, delivery to an authorized person, concierge, reception or store pickup, as the case may be.
Costs derived from a second delivery due to incorrect data, absence or impossibility of delivery may be passed on to the buyer.
6. Cancellations and Changes
You can request changes or cancellations by writing to info@floristeriabarcelona.cat or calling +34 932 994 016 as soon as possible.
Requests will be accepted provided the order has not been prepared, personalized, sent or delivered. On high demand dates, such as Sant Jordi, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas or other campaigns, cancellation terms may be more restrictive due to early order preparation.
7. Right Of Withdrawal
In general, consumer regulations recognize a term of 14 calendar days to withdraw from distance purchases. However, this right will not be applicable in the case of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly, nor products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and many floral compositions, prepared or delivered orders will not allow withdrawal for a mere change of mind. This limitation does not affect the rights that correspond if the product arrives defective, wrong or not conforming to the order.
8. Incidents, Defective Product or Error in the Order
If you detect an incident, product in poor condition, error in the order or delivery problem, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours following delivery, providing the order number, description of the problem and photographs when possible.
After reviewing the incident, we will be able to offer an appropriate solution: replacement, substitution, new delivery, discount, full or partial refund, according to the nature of the case.
9. Warranty And Preservation Of The Flower
The fresh flower is a natural and perishable product. Its duration depends on factors such as temperature, light, water, transport, handling and subsequent care. We recommend following the usual preservation indications: cutting stems, changing the water, avoiding heat sources and removing deteriorated flowers.
10. Billing
If you need an invoice, request it by providing the full tax data during the order or by writing to info@floristeriabarcelona.cat. We may request additional information necessary to issue it correctly.
11. Data Protection
The personal data provided during the purchase will be processed to manage the order, delivery, payment, customer service and applicable legal obligations. You can check more information in the Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable Legislation
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any controversy, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent according to the applicable regulations.
